- Who is SampleBuyerSite.com and what do you do?
We are not real estate agents. We are private investors who specialize in helping people who want to buy a house but may not be able to get financing due to bad/no credit, employment issues, etc. We find creative solutions to get you into a home of your own. If you have been turned down by banks, don't worry, we can help!
In many cases what works best is getting you into a home on a rent-to-own basis.
- What will this cost me?
It is free to register with us as a buyer. You don't pay anything unless we get you into a house. Then you will need to make a down payment.
- What kinds of homes do you have available?
We can get whatever you want! Just tell us what you're looking for and we'll find it.
- What if I have bad credit, am self-employed or haven't been at my job long?
That's our specialty! We can find solutions when others can't. Of course, if you have good credit and employment history, we can help you too. The point is we can help just about everyone.
- What do I need to do?
Just fill out and submit the form and we'll get you into your new home as soon as possible!
